Welcome to RadioJinglesDirect.com (“the Website”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including voiceover recording, audio production, and the purchase of audio assets. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, audio recordings, scripts, music, sound effects, and production elements provided by RadioJinglesDirect.com are the exclusive intellectual property of RadioJinglesDirect.com and its respective voice talents or creators until such time as the final product is delivered and fully paid for. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RadioJinglesDirect.com retains all moral rights and copyright over the raw recordings and original compositions. The license to use the final audio product is granted only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Purchase Terms: Buyout Basis
All audio production services are sold on a “Buyout” basis. This means: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use the specific audio file(s) delivered for the purpose intended (e.g., radio broadcast, podcast intro, commercial advertisement). No recurring royalties or usage fees are due to RadioJinglesDirect.com or the voice talent for the continued use of the delivered file. This buyout applies strictly to the final produced audio file and does not grant the Client ownership of the individual voice or the right to repurpose the voice for other projects not included in the original brief.
3. AI Voice Cloning & Synthesis
Important: RadioJinglesDirect.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the unauthorized
use of our voice talent’s likeness for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training.
The Client expressly agrees and warrants that they shall not, and shall not permit any third party
to:
- Use the audio provided by RadioJinglesDirect.com to train, develop, or improve any AI,
machine learning, or synthetic voice models. - Use the audio for “voice cloning” or “voice synthesis” purposes to replicate the vocal
characteristics of the voice talent. - Upload the audio to any platform, software, or service designed to create digital voice
replicas.
Any violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of contract, resulting in the immediate termination of all usage licenses and making the Client liable for significant liquidated damages and legal fees associated with the protection of the talent’s likeness.
4. Service Delivery and Revisions
We aim to deliver high-quality audio within the agreed timeframe of 24 hours. Our standard service includes:
- Correction of any errors made by the talent (mispronunciations or missed words) free of
charge. - Re-reads based on a change of script or tone direction after the initial recording may incur
additional fees.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full through our designated payment processors before the final highresolution audio files are released. All sales are final due to the custom nature of audio
production.
6. Limitation of Liability
RadioJinglesDirect.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use the audio provided. Our total liability is limited to the
amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
